![]() ![]() A few weight lifters like it but personally I find it much better for endurance pursuits “running-cycling- triathlons etc.”. ![]() I used to get it at the vitamin shop but they quit carrying it. It has an epo effect by creating more red blood cells for aerobic effort. I find it most helpful in aerobic work outs and competitions. My GF only has to take it once and she’ll get a good burn for about a hr. I can get a good 20-30 minutes out of it. But this one has longer effects then most. I have to do 1 scoop before and 1 about mid way through, but I burn through pre work outs super fast. Its not gonna move mountains, but it gets the job done.
